THE TRYST BEACHFRONT HOTEL, San Juan – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel had a great location directly on the beach in El Condado, with free umbrella service. The rooms were comfortable but a bit small for two people. The service varied from friendly and helpful to avoiding solving any problems. The dining experience, unfortunately, required eating out every day. Despite being energetic and lively, housekeeping was average. The location was fantastic next to the ocean but had damp areas. The wood-fired pizzas were a highlight, although dining in the room was not ideal. The facilities were decent, with an emphasis on the hotel's deck for dining. The price was reasonable, but there were better value options.

The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, but some amenities were in terrible shape. The staff was helpful, respectful of privacy, and the location was perfect, just in front of the beach. The dining options required eating out every day, and the facilities overall were lacking a bit.

My stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms were small but functional, and very clean, which I appreciated. The service was a bit unpredictable depending on the staff's mood, but overall, they were very helpful. The location, right next to the beach with plenty of nearby stores and restaurants, was excellent. Unfortunately, I had to eat out every day as the dining options were limited.
